I've had the same Wilwood master on my car since 2009, but with the 1+1/8 inch bore which made the braking hard. On the advice of the Wilwood engineers, I swapped it for the same master but in the smaller 1" bore and the brakes work significantly better. Can't go wrong with Wilwood products....they are the best!

Bought this item as a damaged/open box..was definitely installed somewhere for a while. Shows dirt, oxidation and marks from bolts.Tired of returning things. Hopefully it works fine. My loss if it doesn't I guess.

I chose this option of burnished finish and paid extra for the look to install in my hot rods clean engine bay. There are scratches noted in several places on the unit . The inside still has residual brake fluid left over and clearly has rag marks where someone tried to clean it. The mounting base shows where the bolts have been Installed and tightened enough to put marks into it the aluminum. I should have just ordered this part from Summit Racing

Willwood always makes great stuffNote. For install in a 69 or 70 mustang that will not fit with the stock booster. This is longer than stock and will hit the shock tower.I used a compact booster from great stuff that was a direct bolt on and this worked great with that.Ended up being a better setup as it fits nicely and makes it easier to work on and work around. If,you are using this with manual brakes you will have a ton of space
