Ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the next day. Installed it and the winch is working again. This one has a metal mounting bracket instead of the plastic one that was on the original. I like that better.

I would give it zero stars but it won’t allow it. It sat in the original packaging until my husband had time to start installing the winch. Unfortunately that meant it was also past the return deadline. So we ordered a different item from a different company. I emailed the seller 3 times now but have not heard back from them. I acknowledged the fact it was as past the return date. Just maybe thought they would at least apologize for the faulty equipment, nope nothing. I don’t recommend!!!
