An amazingly good, standard pastry case. It does its job and has no extra frills. It was a lot easier to assemble than advertised and the sturdiness of it in shipping was a lot better than what some people had to say in the comments. One thing, like many other pastry cases, is that this thing is hard to keep clean for a while. You'll need some crumbs to build up and clean up before the static from its factory-fresh finish goes away. It's been two months and this thing is still clinging dust bunnies and small particles, but a lot less than when it had initially been put out.

My husband surprised me with this beautiful bakery case for my dog treat business! It wasn’t hard to put together, seems sturdy and looks beautiful. My only complaint is that the trays should be larger. I feel there is so much empty space in the case due to the smaller sized trays. Other than that- it’s perfect!

It takes two people to assemble but it’s worth it! Perfect for anyone selling pastries. It’s nice and sturdy with a professional look and feel for any business. Highly recommend!

I ordered the case for our donuts in our deli, it works great, but on day two one of the trays broke. I was fine to buy a new tray to replace it. I called the manufacturer to purchase one and they told me they do not sell replacements but would be glad to send me one no charge. She took all of my information and 4 months later the tray never arrived.Very disappointing as we now can only utilize the case partially with a tray missing!With as easy as the trays break I would think they would make them readily available for purchase. I would not recommend this for the reason that customer service is so poor. That is why I give it a one star.
