My colleagues from the Pleasant Valley (NY) Democratic Committee and I bought this pan and a cover for it to use along with the Bayou Classic SP10 High-Pressure Gas Cooker to cook our famous fried dough (including our new and popular bacon & asiago fried dough at the 2014 Pleasant Valley (NY) Weekend. The set up worked fabulously, providing us with great capacity and very efficient use of propane. I would heartily recommend the entire set up to any other organization wanting an easy way to provide quality fried items to a crowd.
