We used this to cook a few meals now and it cooks as evenly as our D3 Universal pan. The high sides are nice for braising and keep the mess to a minimum. It has a lot of room because of the straight sides and a nice build quality. The handles are big and easy to use with and without a cooking mitt. Cleanup has also been easy.I also appreciate that all stickers are easily removed without leaving residue.This is a nice pan. Buy it!

This pot is great! Heavy duty, thick flat bottom. Can use on induction top. Cooks and heats evenly. Nice and thick material too, not flimsy.

This pan is great for braising a large roast or pork loin. Works well for making a ragu. If you've got a place to store it, you'll find a lot of uses for it. I cooked pasta in it when I had the pasta cooker steaming some veggies. Worked great. Versatile when whipping up a batch of something. Not the pan I grab when cooking for one or two, but when a crowd is coming or I want to freeze left overs, it's my go to pan.

This pot is a perfect fit for the largest burner on my Cafe induction cook top. The large surface area and medium height sides are perfect for larger batches of dishes that need to simmer for a long time for reduction (where deeper pots are more challenging to work with). Very easy to stir as needed.
