Q: Why the keyboard letters do not match?
A: If some keys do not work correctly, please check if the input method is US English version first. Such as @, you can try the following methods:
1. Switch the input method to American English input
2. Press and hold Shift+@ on the keyboard to use.
Q: Why is laptop unresponsive?
The computer has no power and needs to be charged.
1. Please ensure that your ambient temperature is normal, too low a temperature will exist for the battery to charge properly.
2. Please check that your socket is not damaged and that the charger meets US voltage standards.
3. Check that the charger is securely connected to the computer part.
4. The battery symbol will appear during charging and there is a red light on the side.
5. Long press the side switch button for 5-10s to start.
Q: Why does Windows have installation errors?
A: The Windows 11 system we have built in is the latest version for this model, please do not update Windows without permission. due to program settings, updating Windows versions is not supported at this time. If required, please contact seller support for information.
Q: 2-in-1 computer gets hot during charging?
A: Firstly, it is normal for a laptop to get slightly warm during charging. Please check that your environment is not too hot. Also, the charger provided is compliant with US voltage standards, please do not use another charger for charging without permission. If you have any problems, please contact the seller for support.

Terrible laptop, it should not even be allowed to carry the name laptop. From the first day the window start button kept popping up. A couple of weeks later charging the laptop got faulty and now it wont even boot. I am outside the warranty period already so I have lost almost $ 300 on this laptop. Please people dont buy this laptop or any similar items from these external sellers. I might as well could have burned my money.

This is lightweight & perfect size but computer didn’t last even a year. I stated having problems after 4 months. The screen would just look like it was frying. Then it would clear up after about a day or 2. Then finally after about another 2-3 months, it completely stopped working. Waste of money

There is not a single feature of this computer that functions reliably. I have already returned one and the replacement is just as faulty.The screen orientation flips at random from landscape to portrait when being used in laptop mode on a flat surface. Random keys have been inverted so that the “ and the @ are backwards. I have to type one to receive the other. It switches my time zone from PST to GMT at will, reformats, crashes and deletes items at random… and perhaps most fun of all, it keeps switching my admin profile to child mode so I can not access certain features or even customer service.I have repeatedly tried filing reports but nothing improves.I hate this computer. With every fiber of my being I wish that the customer service people would just refund my money. I will never ever buy another Windows product again.

My laptop is not working as described, it does not log on to my wifi unless it is placed in one area of my house, all my other devices work in all areas of my house.The @ key is located on the " key and vise versa, the windows download was not provided and as an international buyer, this is unfortunate as I cannot return it.The price point was good, but this was a waste of a purchase.

This laptop was a nice gift for my son to replace one that had been broken I purchased in February and now weeks late the laptop is asking for a product key code that I never received, hence the 2 stars... UPDATE seller responded very fast to provide the product keys so I shall double back and give 5 stars

I had bought this laptop for work from home and it just wasn’t a good fit. The battery life was to short on a 8 hr work shift need to charge 3 times. It also would just shut off on its own no warning which caused it to be very frustrating while working. I did however enjoy the touch screen feature and the foldable tablet setting.
