I've had this unit for a couple of months now and I'm very impressed with it. First, let's start with its size: I am 6 foot three and I cannot see over the top of the unit; in other words, it's a tall unit with a very impressive look.Secondly, as compared to the wine fridge that I replaced, there is more than sufficient space for all the different types of bottles that you ordinarily would have in a wine collection. The problematic Pinot Noir bottles don't seem to be much of an issue as the spacing between the racks is sufficient to keep the bottle labels from scraping the rack immediately above it. One pleasant surprise that I had not anticipated was the depth of each shelf. Each shelf is nicely deep and is more than sufficient for alternating the direction of the wine bottles as you know you need to do on these racks. I really do not feel like I'm squeezing the bottles in tightly together in these racks . They're just seems to be a lot of space.Thirdly, the unit is very quiet. I was a bit concerned with a wine fridge this large that it would be constantly humming and making a droning noise. Ours is located in the room I use as an office and it is not annoying at all.The fridge as designed has a door that opens from the left, left to right. Given the space I had to work with, I really needed the door to open from the right to the left. Fortunately, you can reverse the direction of the door by rotating the door "upside down" and anchoring it on the left side. While the door works perfectly well in this revised orientation and seems to be designed to be reversed, you will lose the ability to lock the door at the bottom; your lock will be at the top of the unit where there is no corresponding latch. For me, that's not a problem, and I'm happy with the fix. To clarify, if you need the door to open from the right, and you need the door to lock, this will not be the unit for you. Finally, as to delivery, it was delivered as promised, and in one piece, and with no damage . The box, however, seemed to fare poorly during the delivery. By the looks of some of the tears in the box I was certain that the unit had been damaged or the glass had been broken. However, there was no damage. So how do I feel about this purchase? I am very happy. Of course, I have no information as to the durability of the unit. These are said to last anywhere from 4 to 6 years. I sure hope it last longer since it was not inexpensive. If I think of anything else, based on my experience, to add this to add to this review I will update the review in the future. In conclusion, I do recommend this unit and I do recommend this vendor.

Iรขโฌโขve only had it for less than a week. It doesnรขโฌโขt hold the amount of bottles it states. Only if your wine bottles were all 2รขโฌย round. I had to take out 6 shelves to fit my normal size bottles of wine. Also the shelves are not adjustable. Now after I got over all that. I do like it. I didnรขโฌโขt need 174 bottles. It is keeping everything at the correct temperature. It looks nice and fits where I wanted it to go. So over all Iรขโฌโขm happy.

The wine fridge is beautiful, elegant, and fits our space well. It keeps the right temperature and is perfect for our large wine collection. Unfortunately, the unit arrived with a coolant leak. I will give credit to their customer service team who was very helpful and responsive, guiding me through various steps to troubleshoot. When it was clear that this would need to be repaired, the customer service acted quickly taking action to remedy the situation. My advice to anyone buying this is that if the chemical smell doesn't go away after airing it out, cleaning, and wiping down the sides before initial use, consider checking it for any damage that could have occured in shipping.Special shout out to the customer service team for helping make this right!

I purchased the Wine Cooler Refrigerator, 179 Bottles Professional Wine Fridge, Model รขโฌลฝKMHJ408-VELIVI. These reviews get conflated with other models. This is a first impression review. The vertical spacing between shelves is fixed, but you can remove a shelf and make it double high. The wood is just a trim in front, otherwise the shelf is just a wire rack so the horizontal spacing between bottle is also fix.The first problem is that when you pull out the shelf halfway the shelf tilts at a ten degrees, not terrible. But when you pull it an inch further it lurches downward until the back of the shelf hits the shelf above it, you better have a good grip on the shelf. In addition the shelf does not slide out far so the bottles stored in the back are almost inaccessible. This is a bad shelving design. I think that Velivi has an alternative model that the shelves lurch downward. The cooler arrived with a ding in the side and the interior has a strong chemical smell. The blue light is ridiculous, but you can turn that off. The controls are simple and easy to operate. Other than that it seems fine.

Several months ago I purchased the 150 bottle unit and suffered through all sorts of delivery issues รขโฌโ late and damaged. As chronicled elsewhere, customer service ended up getting an A+ for straightening everything out to my total satisfaction. Now quite happy with the first purchase, and In need of a second unit, I purchased the larger รขโฌลimprovedรขโฌย 190 bottle unit. This time the unit was delivered on-time and in mint condition, and itรขโฌโขs been working perfectly. Temperature control is spot on and it is quiet. Customer service (Lily again) monitored the entire process to make sure there were no hiccups. Even through there werenรขโฌโขt, she extended the warranty period because of the earlier problems. Also, the new model has much stronger shelving which resolved one of the drawbacks to the earlier version. All in all, a great purchase!

We found some extra space in a wall that screamed for a wine fridge. After some research and reading lots of reviews, we settled on the largest one that would fit in the space and this unit fits the bill. It is quiet, keep the sine at a constant 58 degrees, uses very little power, and is easy to use. Some of the wire drawers are a little sticky, but a little silicone lube solves that problem. Overall a good product.
