It charged up fast and was easy to use. It uncorked the bottle easily and quickly, and it has a small footprint. I had another brand that was nearly twice the size of this one, and I really like this one so much more. It has nice accessories with it that our other one didn't have, and I appreciate that. Only drawback is it uses a USB connection to charge, and I wish it had a wall plug type. I have a wall/usb adaptor, but it would have been nicer to have a dedicated plug. Other than that, it's really good, does as advertised and we like it. Our guests also remarked on how much they liked using it too.

Product is as described online. Product arrived nicely packaged / gift box level, as scheduled. Product is battery operated; took a couple of hours to fully charge that lasts for quite awhile to open numerous bottles. Easy to hold with aging hands (which is why we bought it), is easy to use by placing over the top of the bottle and pressing a button that lowers the screw into the cork, then retracts the cork from the bottle and then finishes up by reversing the screw to expel the removed cork. The product lights up inside the screw chamber as it operates. Love the product.

My longtime opener was losing its power and the outside rubber covering was getting tacky. After looking at different ones I decided on this set. I just wish it had a little stand, as I leave it on my counter. Finally just put it in a stainless metal cup/glass that holds it upright to store. I saw a similar one that had the cutter double as a stand for it, but it didn't have all these accessories. So far we've just charged it once and used a few times. The rubber covering may eventually get tacky (why this happens I don't know, a chemical reaction from handling for a long time, I assume. A lot of kitchen items use this kind of rubber grip material and go bad eventually. I have to pitch my longtime Oster openers because of it.)
