I have used an aerator exactly like this for a number of years and I think it really enhances the taste of the wine. Actually, I don’t think, I know so. I’ve had several people who know their wines take up blindfolded, and they liked how this aerator, accentuate the wine. I have had to replace it because somehow I lost the clear plastic ring that aids in the aeration. This device is exactly like the one that I had.The one drawback I have about this aerator is that the base is so light that when you go to pick up the aerator, the base comes with it. I plan on adding some additional weight to the base so that problem will be solved. Aside from that minor issue, I highly recommend this wine aerator, and any other of this style as long as there is a base.

These "corks" work like others, but I cannot get the vacuum to last more than a couple of days. I have had similar corks hold a vacuum for over a month.

Works great, provides excellent aeration, does not have any drips after pouring and is easily inserted. Easy to clean once you’re done enjoying your wine. Nice long pouring spout. No spills or red wine stains on the counter. I find that sometimes aerators do not have a tight fit in the bottle and they either fall out after pouring a glass or two or they are really stuck in the bottle. I like this one because it seems more durable. Cheers!

Love this ! It definitely brings out the flavor to my wine and I can tell the difference. This would be a great gift for someone who is a wino like me. Highly recommended.

This was a gift for my relative who loves wine. It gave us an opportunity to try it on several bottles, and it does the job and does not leak. It was good as a gift for the price.
