I had the craziest popping clicking sound from my Y-axis on my Genuine Prusa MK3. It took me a while to track it down because it was so loud and random. Eventually figured out that the Bearing in the Y-axis was bad and eventually caused failed prints.These idlers are the correct size of the original Prusa. 5 minute install and back running!

Good set of idler pulleys. Used for my 3d printer to make my z axes belt driven.

The toothed belt running over the smooth idler bearings on the Stock Ender 5 Plus belt tensioners was causing patterns in my prints with any speed over 20mms. No one makes an after market set of belt tensioners that use these toothed idlers, so I made my own. I was instantly able to more than double print speed. After dialing in the belt tension I am now able to print at 90mms. That’s 350% faster because the idlers now mesh perfectly with the toothed belts.I’d say they are worth it

Bearing was working fine for a week or so. After my 8 day print, I do another one after that and it starts making noiseThen after a day in my print, layer shift appeared. Opened my printer up and saw the bearing exploded. Like whats going on with the QC from this vendor

Nachdem es für eine Umlenkung mit wenig Umdrehung war habe ich diese trotzdem behalten, obwohl die Lager sehr rauh liefen. Auch langes drehen haben keine Besserung ergeben, aber für mein Projekt war es ok.
