Don’t get concerned if you can’t figure out the screw/sleeve/washer/nut location and sequence right away. The screw (take the sleeve off of screw, my hardware was pre-assembled) goes through the caster hole/square first, then slide sleeve on screw. Insert through bottom and install washer/nut on other side to secure. Like a previous review, a 10mm socket wrench works better to get hardware tight.

Real simple to add the rollers, everything you need is furnished. Moves with little effort on concrete. It’s larger than I expected. Even has a little area for tools, I like it .

This creeper is just as good as the expensive ones. I use mine everyday, it takes quite a beating and still rolls perfectly.

I bought this thing waited almost 2 weeks for it to get here. Only to arrive half missing. As you can see in the photo the back board and 3 wheels is all I got.
