The video instructions are good. With the 3rd generation refills the tricky part is removing the sheath. I had to study the video several times to finally understand how to remove the sheath. After that, everything was easy.

This fits the current gen 2023+ CR-V. Install is a bit tricky because you do have to pry off the end caps from the blades, and the plasitc tabs look like they will wear out after repeated tries. The only problem with the refill is that they are missing the notches from one end. What I did was use the OEM refill as a template and cut new notches with a scissor. It takes 3 cuts: two on top and one across... kind of like a squared off "U" shape. Rubber is not the easiest thing to cut but in the end, it worked and installed perfectly. I'm glad I replaced the refill because I was starting to get streaks with the original ones after putting about 20k miles on it, and the new refill got rid of the streaks right away. There's a bit of noise now but maybe the new rubber is acclimating to the glass, I'll give it some time.

Pros: Works just as well as a whole new wiper blade. Cost is much less compared to new wipers.Cons: It does take some elbow grease to install.I have a 2018 Mercedes E400 that has a wiper blade with wiper fluid dispensers inside of the blade, to replace these I have to order them directly from Mercedes at over $120 a set. It took me about 20 minutes to replace the refill, figuring it out was frustrating at first but I figured out a strategy on my blades. I would be worried that people who aren't mechanically inclined might struggle with this, if you are a DIYer this is perfect.
