Really liked the style of door bell button, but wish they had included metal screws too as installed on metal siding, but would buy again, as going to get another for front door

Style is a matter of personal preference of course but I really think this doorbell/button looks great. It seems very solid and good quality.

I was looking for a basic wired doorbell in black. That is what I received. It installed easily although the screws are a little short so if you need longer ones you will need to provide them yourself. Good value.

Unfortunately this product looks great, however, it does not work as intended. You have to hold down the button for an extended period of time for it to ring the door bell appropriately. If you do not, it will barely make a ring that cannot be heard effectively. Beautiful product but does not work accordingly. Thankfully, I don’t get many visitors unknowingly!

Bought this like 2 years ago and still have yet to install it, still just got two live wires sticking out of my siding with no doorbell… but I’m sure it’d look good if/when I install it.

I have three comments: (1) the method of attaching the fragile thin wires from the chime is satisfactory, but you have to be careful not to sever the thin wires; (2) I had to slightly widen the existing hole in the wall to get the item to fit (not their problem); and (3) the spring in the doorbell is quite robust, so the visitor does have to press it with some force to get it to activate the bell. Falls awkwardly in that never-never-land: nice to have robust but wish it was easier to use and so fragile it will break but the button is just right.
