lf you're failing to charge your device, please try out the following:
- 1. Check if the device is compatible, see above detail, or ask the supplier
- 2. Check whether the indicator turns on or not.
- 3. Check whether the adapter is 18W OR above.
- 4. Check if the back of your device have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.
- 5. Put the devices in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your devices lineup with the one inside the wireless charger).
- 6. Devices protect cases should be no thicker than 3 mm for effective charging, or take off directly.
- 7.Please restart the phone and test with another USB Type-c cable or unplug the adapter and reinsert it.

I tried another one of these, and there was no comparison. It was a little larger, still USB C capable, but was s l o w charging. This charges much faster on both iPhone and Apple Watch. Also, the MagSafe connection is more reliable on this one. I have an Otterbox Commuter case (2-layer) on my iPhone 13 Max, and it’s very forgiving on positioning, and always seems to get a good charging connection. The other brand was sooo touchy and a few times it apparently got bumped, lost connection and failed to charge. It’s not going to charge as fast as a dedicated USB C cable and high capacity charger, but it’s pretty close. And its slightly smaller footprint is perfect both for bedside and travel. I got a second one to keep in my backpack. Highly recommended!

I’ve had trouble powering my Apple Watch. I’ve had to unplug and then reconnect the power cable in order to get it to charge. It charges everything at once, nicely. However, it doesn’t charge quickly. My iPhone only charged from 40 to 60 percent after sitting on the MagSafe charger for more than an hour. It’s handy and portable, but not swift

I love these things you can drop all your devices on them and have them charge it for the evening my watch my headset and my phone. Simple and sweet. Just remember magnetic, charging for bigger devices is not all that fast. And the load may be divided based on how many you put on the charger as well.
