This microscope works great, has amazing clarity, good brightness control, and takes great pictures! It is easy to use and adjusts well. It is small enough to put it on a microphone stand with a microphone clip and have a standing, stable microscope to look at objects and plants up high. Great for checking trichomes! I have had this microscope for 5 years and it still works as well as the day I got it and the app still has constant updates!

When I bought this digital microscope I wasn't expecting much. But when I saw the clarity of the stuff I was looking at, I was amazed. The app that you need to use for this works quite well. It connects and it functions well. I love the fact that I can take pictures and even record videos of what I'm looking at without touching the microscope. I have a tablet and every time I want to take pictures I use the tablet instead of the button on the microscope to avoid shakes. It focus very well and the led lights are quite useful if you need more light on the subject. Remember, this is an inexpensive little microscope and don't expect to perform like a $300 plus microscope. It says it provides up to 1000X magnification but I highly doubt it. Still, this little thing works very well for its size. It comes with a little stand, it's small but it does its job. I'm thinking of buying a taller more firm stand in the future. What I like, it's lightweight, it's wireless, takes clear pictures and records videos (must use the app to record though), it zooms and you can adjust the brightness. Overall, I'm quite happy with this little microscope, I'm having fun and it's very inexpensive. I highly recommend it.

It was easy to set up and takes nice pictures, on iPhone there is one issue with the app.Connect to the scopes wifi first then open the app, if it’s not already connected when you open the app, you have to close and reopen the app or it won’t talk to the device.Pics are the eye on the back of a dollar bill and the very tip of the pyramid sane part of the same bill at high zoom.

Ordered and received the item in under 18 hours…. INCREDIBLE!I opened the box and allowed the scope to fully charge and I also downloaded the App and installed it on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I too was a little apprehensive about allowing access to my entire photo library so I did a little alteration to my library. I went to my settings and turned off my Hidden Folder access and then I selected my entire library and clicked on “hideâ€. Immediately all videos and photos were instantly gone from view and I can’t even view my hidden album unless I go to my settings and click on the “show hidden albumâ€. So for all practical purposes my photo library is empty. Even giving full permission for the scope will not allow anyone including me to see the hidden album. I know that this is a bit of a hassle to do this but I needed to see for myself how the images looked, coming directly from the scope. I can always use the “screenshot†method for taking the picture without giving permissions to anyone. I can just as easily remove my permissions from the scope/application anytime I want and then restore my library by unhiding my pictures and videos after turning on my settings that I turned off.So with that out of the way I was impressed with the quality of the images that I was receiving from the Scope. Even a video that I shot while playing with the Scope was incredibly clean and crisp. I can see why people were kinda negative towards the stand it came with. Ya gotta cut corners somewhere to produce a device that functions nicely and at a great price considering how many different Scopes are available and all have pretty much the same functionality. Competition for customers is thru the roof. I would prefer the cost cutting should be done with the peripherals and NOT the Scope. If I were to use enough force to insure that the Scope would not move, I would probably end up breaking the stand as well. However I have dealt with this type of Ball & Pivot mechanism before so a simple little trick would prevent the Scope from ever slipping out or accidentally having the stand butterfly screw break when attempting to gorilla it tight enough to hold. I took the time to make tiny scribes on the surface of both of the pivot balls giving them a much more friction surface to grip with. When the stand is back together it will take very little force to hold the Scope or stand in place.I have been dinking around with the scope for the last few hours and so far I am impressed and a little shocked that this was working far better than I anticipated. So I am going to stop here with my review and I will update it in the couple days or so to let you all know if the scope is still on top of my list.UPDATE…….Well, I am going to hopefully make this quick. I’m sending my scope back. Why? Well, a few things like I am not able to use my iPads. Neither one of them will connect to the scope. I revisited my thoughts about allowing such sweeping permissions to my photo library and decided to retract the permissions which screws up the ability to capture pictures or videos from the scope. So that in itself is unacceptable. The manufacturers claim of resolution of power (50X-1000X) is bogus. I will be implementing my return upon completion of this update.Yesterday, I happened to discover a little secret about my iPhone and an application that I have always had but never used. That will change immediately! I am attaching a couple more photos to show the capability of using my iPhone WITHOUT any accessory or special device to take these photos. Please note that I made a tiny yellow mark in the lower left corner of the image to indicate that it was taken by my iPhone. The images pose the question of “Why do I need this device (scope) if I can achieve this quality from my iPhone?†I happen to have a tripod that I can mount my iPhone on to achieve what the cheap stand that comes with the scope could not do. I happen to have an iPhone 13 Pro Max.

This microscope/camera has revealed a whole new world. The tiniest things look so different when magnified. If you are curious about the pictures, take a guess and keep reading.I am really glad I purchased this microscope/camera and looking forward to the summer when I can experience plants and flowers, insects and dirt in a whole new way. I did put some snow on a warm deck as you can see in the first picture. Then I zoomed in and recorded it. I could see the smallest little changes as the snow warmed and evaporated. When zoomed in on an object like the snow in the picture, you can see that not everything is in focus. That is normal as the snow is at different distances from the camera. It is easy to hook up to my android phone through the WIFI connection. The camera hosts and you use your phone to connect to it. You can set up a password to prevent others from connecting, but only one person can connect at a time anyway. I downloaded the free Max-See app. This allows me to take photos or videos on the phone. I can access them through my regular photos app in the library to view them later. On the computer, I use the included USB cable and just use the Windows Camera app. The picture is clear. The video does not record sound. The LED lights allow you to clearly see what you are looking at without having to find a bright enough light source. But I am glad they turn off, as I have been using the camera to take frame photos from old 8mm movie film. I found that I have to backlight the film and turn the lights off on the microscope/camera to get the best pictures. The battery lasts quite awhile before needing to be charged up. I do not know how long because I do not use it all at once. Just a few photos here and there, and then turn it off until the next time. Of course when using it with the computer, that is not a problem as it charges when plugged in.The last three pictures are of a blueberry. The yellow dot is where the stem was. These pictures give you an idea how much zoom you can get with this product. In summary, this was a good buy for the money and a quality product that I have really enjoyed using for the past few months.

Point positif : a permis de voir la Gale et ses sillons.Point négatif : cassé au bout de quelques semaines d'utilisation, ne s'allumait plus du tout alors que j'en ai pris soin.
