I ordered this headset because it had the best recent reviews compared to other products. I work from him and my daughter is with me all day. I needed to make sure my clients couldn’t hear her playing in the background.Connectivity: I haven’t used the dongle at all, I paired the headset through Bluetooth with my MacBook and it paired seamlessly. I have walked around my house and my calls don’t cut out when I’m on the other side of the house. 5 starsNoise Cancelling: The noise cancelling feature is wonderful. My clients can’t hear my daughter for the most part, she was only heard once. She got excited and screamed, but my client said the scream was muffled, so no complaints there. I can confirm speaking above an inside voice will bleed through. I tested it further by calling my wife while doing dishes and she said she couldn’t hear the water running at all! 5 starsSound Quality: The microphone quality punches above its price point, my voice is clear and my voice sounds professional on the other end. The speaker quality leaves something to be desired. While not the best, it is serviceable and I can hear my clients well enough. 4 starsThese are a great value and the noise cancelling easily beats out the $175 Poly brand headset I’ve used in the past. The comfort, noise cancelling, and value makes this product 5 stars. I highly recommend!

Very happy with this purchase. I wasn't willing to spend over 100 bucks on a Polycom because I have gone through so many headsets at this point. I grabbed these when on sale for around 50 bucks and it far exceeded my expectations. they aren't heavy on my head, are pretty comfortable, the sound quality is good, I have no complaints from others about my microphone audio quality. They seems to work with all different applications. They seem well made, were easy to setup.

I seen these advertised and good reviews so I decided to order these for a wfh position I am starting. My husband and I tested them out. It does block out background noise fairly well, but once you talk.. noise slips through but you are not able to make out what the noise is. Also tested a crying baby, it will not block out a crying baby in the same room. It basically picks up any kind of voice it hears, it picked up a couple when we tested the TV. They look and feel very cheaply made but overall they are worth the price for the noise cancelling aspect, but if you order these I’d still suggest trying to keep sound at the bare minimum. I’m sure they are much better than headsets that are provided by wfh jobs. I’m going to try them out a while and see how things go. They do come with a mute button though which may be handy when noise becomes an issue. Also like how it’s Bluetooth so if I need to get up for a moment I can still hear a call.

The headphones are amazing for my work phone. I was looking for good quality wireless headphones I can use at work but I needed something with a usb and these are amazing. Super comfortable and the mic world’s amazing. Also, they great battery life and are so wast to just put down on the charger and grab and use so perfectly it makes them so convenient.

I use this headset while driving my pickup truck or tractor around the farm or going into town to pick up supplies. It helps me comply with the hands free requirements for talking on my cellphone while driving. The sound quality is great and it connects flawlessly through the Bluetooth on my phone every time.

Audio is not as good as a jabra. Weird noises when using google meet. Its comforable.

I have recently entered into a Zoom meeting Group. I have hearing difficulties and these earphones and microphone combination are just the ticket. I can now hear and understand the conversations by the participants, even the soft spoken ones and for those using less than quality microphones. I just couldn't hear that tin-like sound of the monitor speaker. I even tried an external speaker but still didn't get the desired results. I should have done this a long time ago. They work well with or without my hearing aids. They are rechargeable and easy to use and we're a fair price. Rhey eliminate background distractions. They are bluetooth but you do need an open USB port on your device for the Bluetooth plug. I even left the meeting for a moment to go into another room and never missed a word, so great range. Recharging is easy. Great buy!
