The headset fits nice, sounds nice, I'm told by people in my meetings that the mic sounds nice. The range on it is great! The only downside I have found so far is that when watching a video the audio is not in sync with the video, not a huge problem but is slightly annoying.

On the other end of the call I sound muffled.Update, I continued to try the g3 Bluetooth and it works PERFECTLY fine. No background noise and everyone voice is clear.

My husband has a really deep voice & has been using ipods for years....but they just don't pick up his voice very well. For his birthday I got him this & I can FINALLY hear him talking. He has also mentioned that even tho it's a lil bulky, his sound quality is also really great on his end. I call this a win for both sides of the call!

I am really happy with this Bluetooth and case. I really appreciate the fact that when you place it in the top slot, it shows you the amount of charge remaining. Lightweight, comfortable, and the case means no accidental dialing! Highly recommend.

I have a reoccurring problem with it not connecting the first time when I log in to my phone on my computer. Takes about three trys each time. Also have an issue with the connection during calls will suddenly become static and I cannot hear to other person. I use this for work and it is inconvenient to have these issues

Works great. Full charge lasts all day any more with no issues. Like the case, charges unit when no plug is available, and can always plug into unit for a fast charge if needed. Satisfied with the blue tooth. Thank you...
