I absolutely love keyboard/mouse set. I'm having issues with the mouse malfunctioning and not working at times even when it's been charged. It will randomly go out on me and it's pretty frustrating. I'm not sure if using a different USB-C cord than what came with it is the issue, but it's inconvenient when it occurs. Still giving the product 5 stars only because I'm not sure if it's user error or a faulty mouse.

Made my purchase 3 months ago and I happy I bought this on, I got the black and it blends perfectly with my workstation settings. The keys on the keyboard are quite so it the mouse, after 3 months of daily use the keys are still in place 😊 This is overall a great purchase I’ve tried others that I’ve returned, I’ll highly recommended this product.

Listen this keyboard adds a little bit of joy to my work day😩 i love the light selection i select a different “light mood†everyday i love the feel of the extended keys.. and i really like the wireless mouse… what i don’t like.. the top row of number keys will sometimes just not work outta no where and thats super annoying cause what’s the reason?? i read the instructions which is very limited and i even googled this brand and found no one had a remedy but lots of people experienced the same thing… its weird and needs to be fixed cause other than that i luv it enough to where i wont switch it back to my work issued one but am also scared to buy again for fear of the same issue happening

Works wonderfully, the keys click just right to scratch the itch, the mouse feels like the perfect size for my hand, and the rgb strip, while only able to be turned on and off, does act like a battery level meter for it, if the mouse works and the rgb is set to on, but isn't, then it's going to need charging soon.The only real catch is that your finger placement matters more with the round keys than with squares, since a bad placement means you might hit multiple keys (can happen on any keyboard), or none at all (which is hard to do unintentionally, but possible).Still, if I was in the market for another full sized wireless keyboard and mouse, I'd probably buy it again.

I cannot recommend this keyboard mouse combo enough! I bought it on a whim this week thinking it wouldn't work that well. I'm pleased to say it's amazing!!! The colors are super vibrant, I have the light blue on currently and it's at the lowest brightness and its still bright! The mouse fits perfect in my hand. The keys are the right amount of soft and creamy but still clicky. I love how they're round, reminds me of a typewriter. Definitely get this if you're wanting a good deal for the money.

I got this product in January and wanted to use it for a while before posting a review. When I got it everything worked great. Within a week the light on the mouse stopped working not a huge deal because the mouse stopped working. Now the mouse does not work at all I tried charging it all night, I tried restarting my computer, I tried unplugging the UBS. Nothing I can't figure out why it stopped working. I am very disappointed. The keyboard still works fine (for now). I am going to have to find a replacement set. This is a waste of money. It broke in less than 2 months. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I love this set. Been using it for about 2 months now.... and really comfortable and the most and keyboard aren't loud when pressing the keys/ buttons. It's a great set. And I got it during one of Amazon's "lightning deals" so it was well worth the money! Oh and I really appreciated the little adapter that came with it.... in case you're device doesn't have a USB plug, there's an adapter with a c-cord end so you can plug the USB piece into any newer device! Very thoughtful!

You would assume copy and paste is a feature that could not possibly go wrong in a computer mouse, yet that exactly happened to me.It is so absurd. I thought certain app on computer was the cause then I picked up the old keyboard and mouse from trash and hey my cheesy old mouse works with no problem.A word to the manufacturer: your product has exceeded my capacity of definition on what stupidity and absurdity.

Worked great for the first month, noticed that it felt very very cheap. Functioned as expected. Mouse suddenly stopped working and won't charge.Don't reccomend buying, get something better quality
