UPDATE: After reaching out to the email in the user manual, i spoke to Lily. She was very helpful. They sent me a new mouse/keyboard set and it works perfectly. I dont know much about longevity yet, but, most keyboards that light up dont last long for me. The keys i use the most tend to start sticking. I hope that's not the case with this one but time will tell and I will update if I have any issues anytime soon. It's always nice when a seller stands behind their customer and product. I would definitely purchase from them again. I really appreciate the help and them getting me a working mouse really quickly.Original: I recieved this product a few days ago. I set it up immediately to have it ready for work in the morning. Set up is super easy. Everything works great except the mouse wheel. It is not working at all. Anyone who works from home knows the mouse wheel is important. I cannot get used to not having it. So unfortunately, this set is worthless to me. If it worked, I would give it 5 âï¸ since i like how quiet it is, love the lighting, and found a way for the mouse not to lag (it did at first but the keyboard did not).I did reach out to the seller letting them know it did not work based on their user manual saying to please reach out to them if you have any problems. They wrote me back fairly quickly asking for an order number and I haven't heard anything since. If this issue gets resolved, I will update this review and rating.

The mouse would not hold a charge and they replaced the keyboard and mouse without a hassle! everything is working great.

I love this keyboard and mouse! Replaced a different kind and even better. Soft strokes, cool lights, fast charge, keeps a charge, and nice keys. When I first used, had to really push keys hard. Looked online and they recommended charging. Worked perfectly! After a full charge and using again, soft to the touch and responded better. By then, the wonderful Ms. Lily had contacted me about replacing but I did not need to. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

As a coder/ type writer, this keyboard feels so good.Love how the lights automatically come on and go off based on touch.I have gone through a few keyboard to find this very one.

The keys are soft type not hard and loud clicking. I love the colors running through the keyboard. The mouse is nice too.

I would adore this set IF:- There was an indicator as to when it was fully charged, and when it was losing its charge.- If there was an easier way to charge both of these items. However, they tend to turn off when they're not being used, and then the charge ability turns itself off as well.All in all, it actually stressed me out more to have these, than it did to just have a wired mouse and keyboard.I'm not sure I'd spend my money on this again, given a second chance.EDIT: I have added a star because of the company. They reached out to me to offer me a credit - and they did not ask me to change my review to do so. They were sincerely regretful that the product was not up to my expectations. Pleasant to speak to, and they did not hide behind any false guarantees. They were honest about their product, and their desire to improve their product in the future.I've discovered that if I plug the keyboard and the mouse up every 2-3 nights, the product functions properly. It simply needs more than the one available charger offered with it.I've decided to keep the product and use it. Will update in a few months.EDIT 2:Within less than a month of plugging this keyboard up every 3 days, it got so bad I had to plug it up every two. Then every single night. Now, I cannot use it without it being plugged in. I threw it out.I would not recommend this product.

BEWARE....This item does not function properly. I constantly get error messages on my computer stating "USB device not Recognized. The USB device connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it." Thus I could not use it and it started doing this past the return date or exchange date. I tried to resolve this with Amazon and could not and the Amazon rep did not give me the phone number or address for the Seller.
