I received the item on time, As expected there's no HDD installed that's why I installed 1 TB HDD. Set up the HDD into the DVR and it worked without any issues, then plug all the cameras,all cameras were good resolution. No issues were encountered because the cameras are already set up. Emma the support is proactive, they message me to ask if I encounter any issues upon set and offer some help. These are good cameras,no need to run cables, clear pictures, and easy to connect to the cloud, I can monitor my surroundings from my phone. I will give it a thumbs-up.

This was my first experience with security cameras. I didn’t know much of what I was doing and it was a little frustrating trying to figure it out. That was until I decided to email for support. Emma was quick to reply and very knowledgeable! I should have asked her my questions right away.I ended up buying a Hard Drive for the unit so that I could record 24/7. It works great. My only slight disappointment is that the video is not as clear as I thought it would be. It is probably clear when things are close to the camera but at 30-50ft away it is not very clear. It works for me because I recognize everyone on the camera because they are regulars but I don’t think that you would be able to use it for identification purposes with strangers.For my 1st experience and especially for the price, this system is working well for me.Thanks Emma for all the support!
