I wasn’t sure which oven to buy. I read the reviews and I decided to give it a try. Love it!!! It’s great to bake my alfajores, my New York cookies so delish soft inside and crispy on the borders. I didn’t try to bake my macarons yet. This oven is one of the best buys for my baking company Monchimacs.

I had to prepare over 20 dozen cookies for Christmas orders. This little oven cut my baking time in half. Cookies were perfectly baked. I also ordered the precut parchment paper liners that fit the trays. Highly recommended.

Consistent results, door shuts good & tight & cookies bake evenly - love this oven! We use it at our business to bake cookies for our clients who come in. We previously bought a countertop oven that was also an air fryer - it was terrible for baking cookies! Highly recommend for baking cookies.

I bought this oven for my grandson to use at an event selling fresh baked cookies along with my granddaughters doing mini donuts and fresh squeezed lemonade. It came in very quickly. I also ordered Otis Spunkmeyer frozen cookie "pucks" for him to sell. It did an amazing job with those cookies when we did samples.Others had mentioned hot spots. I checked all over the interior with an infrared thermometer and found consistent temperatures throughout. I did rotate the pans at the halfway point in the cooking time. I used the Otis Spunkmeyer parchment sheets and they fit perfectly. The cookie baking directions were for the 1 oz pucks were 14-17 minutes. I did 16 minutes with 3 full trays (1 dozen each). I took them out and let them sit on the trays for 30 minutes, per the directions. The cookies were Amazing! Fully cooked and no hard burnt spots .I will update after the event.

One of the best additions to our kitchen, hands down! We haven’t had it for very long but so far - so great! My cookies come out perfect every time. It is quiet and and easy to clean. It is a true convection, so be sure to reduce the temp by 25 degrees and shave 25% off the baking time. I read a few reviews about hot spots, but I’m happy to report that I haven’t experienced any. After years of baking cookies one tray at a time... my little cookie loving heart rejoices that I can get 3 dozen done in 11 minutes! 🙌ðŸ»

This oven costs over 400 dollars and it doesn't cut baking time in half. There are hot spots and my cookies do not bake evenly nor well in it. This oven goes to 350 degrees and the dial knob is in intervals of 25 degrees so you have to guess or use a thermometer.I contacted the manufacturer and they never responded. So now Im Leaving them a review. For the same costs you can purchase a Countertop Commercial oven .
