I have to be honest, when I purchased a set of these I had the complete expectation that they will not function properly for the purpose of shielding my car's keyless entry fob from wireless range extender attacks, as a lot of products on Amazon only claims to be able to do so, while the only product that appeared to work costs $35 each. I skeptically placed my key into this $9 pouch and tried to unlock my car by standing next to my door, and was immediately disappointing by the fact that the car immediately recognized the key and allowed entry. Boy was I furious! Then I remembered reading something about a "silver" section of the pouch being the actual signal blocking section, and placed the key into that section instead. From that point forward the car didn't react AT ALL to my interactions, despite me jamming the pouch right next to the handle! I'd absolutely give this a 5 stars and recommend it to anyone who would like to protect their car from signal booster attacks. I only wish there's a smaller version that is purely designed for a keyfob, as I would happily purchase some for myself, friends and family.

We bought these to prevent eavesdropping applications from listening to at-home conversations and sending the resulting data to the app company, noting that we have clear evidence of this happening and it bothered us a lot. We did NOT buy these pouches for EMP protection. So - for our use, they work great. A phone inside the (closed) pouch will NOT ring if you call it - but WILL ring if you have a charger cable snaking out of it (FYI). A phone kept inside of it loses it's ability to stay connected to a cell data (or wifi) network, and hence shows 'no signal' when it comes out. On MY phone, a Galaxy S7, you have to toggle the wifi off/on in order for it to try to reconnect to the data network, and then all is well. Best to put the phone in airplane mode first, then take it out of airplane mode when you remove it from the pouch. So - all good and I would recommend this product to others. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the velcro that holds the pouch close is so strong, that you risk tearing fabric or tearing the velcro strip off if you aren't careful with it ... I open the pouch carefully... I expect it'll be fine (in spite of daily use)

Needed some documents to be sent to me and this really helps with the RFID technology.

What a wonderful little bag! I was searching long and hard for a Faraday cage for my car key fobs. I have been reading and hearing on the news about these amplifiers that people use to steal your car. There is a branded one that is $30 and only fits one key fob? No sorry I cannot justify that kind of spend on something like this especially when I need it to fit two key fobs. I decided to take a chance on this one since it was advertised for key fobs and the few reviews there were said it worked. Sure enough it did! I could not open my car door (I have keyless entry). Make sure you put the key fobs in the metallic lining part of the pouch. If you put it on the outside pouch (there's two areas when you open it up) your car door will recognize the signal and open your door.So far so good but I will report back later if somehow it fails in a few months time. In the meantime, live with peace of mind that you can use this as an option and not spend $60 to store both keys!

This is a very sad review, as I loved, adored!, This little case four weeks ago when I purchased it. Being very sensitive and much aware of EMF and RF frequencies, I often carry my phone on airplane mode. However, it’s still got a high electromagnetic reading on it even when in airplane mode. not the safest thing to be carrying near a body. Researching faraday cases, this little case popped up and provided the perfect solution for me. It was just the right size and had a pleasurable sounding Velcro closure. I just loved putting my phone in there and pulling it out a few minutes later to see “no service“ in the upper left corner. The case really did work. But then it stopped. I couldn’t even believe it. I tested it over and over again, to the same results. It no longer works. How can this be? Now that I am reading other reviews for this product, I can see that mine is not the only case. Hopefully there are other products out there that retain their work ability. Let me know if you find one

Second bag I’ve got from this brand after 7/8 years as the last one was compromised. Great value for money and so easy to use. Size fits 2 car keys plus key rings, would deffo recommend. I have tested this from a distance and right next to the car and it did the job perfectly.
