I ordered two of these. One works perfectly, the other one does not work, as the screw head is not secure to the screw body and will not engage when it comes to hitting the tuner--the screw head just spins. Quality control needs to be improved so that these types of things don't happen. The non-working one will have to be returned and replaced--and that adds to the expense of this product that I chose; although more expensive than others available. I was willing to pay more for the assurance of quality assumed by manufacturer's reputation and the higher cost they assess for it. Hopefully, the replacement item they send will have better quality control prior to shipping.

I received a package of 4 fine tuners. Unfortunately, they weren't completely identical. The difference is subtle, probably just from different die moldings. 2 work very nicely, the other 2 are difficult to turn. This is inexpensive so minor quality issues isn't a big deal, but a little surprising that they aren't all the same.
