This comes with the plastic cover and the filter as well as a metal clip. It Fit my 84 Chevy Caprice air filter holder just fine. The previous One had snapped off

Cheaply made part very badly made. Just a piece of junk. Doesn't even come close to OME. Also did not come with clip to mount to air cleaner which shows in the picture as coming with filter.

These filters are as pictured not as described which makes them the right ones. If your car needs this breather filter and you read the description you might think it was the wrong one. I thought they had changed the way they were made and decided to try them since getting these for an 1989 Caprice is almost impossible. When I opened them yesterday I was happy to see they are they same.
