exact fit for the filter on my 1999 land cruiser, i have had other land cruisers that this would fit also (2001). I did reuse the Toyota bracket with this filter. Easy to do. I removed the original filter bracket with the old filter attached to make it easer to swap. Just compare the original filter to bracket orientation, loosen the bracket clamp screw, swap out the new filter for the old one and remount the filter plus bracket to the truck. Make sure you check for fuel leaks after installation, and also put a rag under the filter when you remove the original connections and filter - gas will be spilling out.

I love WIX filters, it's a brand I've come to trust over the years. This part fit perfectly, just like the Toyota filter it replaced. I opted for the version without the bracket and just re-used the old one on the new filter without issue. I had no problems with leaking but I used a crow foot wrench and a torque wrench to tighten the inlet side to the appropriate torque spec. Fit my 1998 Toyota Land Cruiser.

The WIX #33526 Fuel Filter appears to be well-made (China), and it was easy to install.I used the original mounting bracket to insure a perfect fit -- and no leaks afterward !! Fits Toyota Land Cruisers - 1998 thru 2007 4.7 Liter V8.

*the item came without any boxing , packing , or any way to isolate it from other items.* the item was also brand less , yes , its just giving some industrial gibberish , but no brand or anything declared.* the item was not also a direct fit even if you keep the original bracket , you would still need to play with the hoses and risk a fire by doing so.guess what i am also supposed to return it paying around 3 times its cost. REALLY.i wish there was less than a star to give. but that is the way it works.
