The first filter arrived open, with part of the manufacturer's label torn from the box.Since I am not comfortable putting using a possibly used item in my Mercedes, I returned it for a replacement.Instead of having been torn open, the replacement had been neatly cut open. But there were indications that greasy hands had been inside the box.Returned that one also.
