Feels like good quality. I used the gasket and it didn't leak. Refilled with ATF-4 and now my minivan is shifting smoother than ever, not hesitating, and not slipping. Just make sure to tighten the pan bolts a little bit at a time so you don't over compress the gasket in one place. Don't over tighten.

It worked on our transmission job replacing the solenoid pack. Had to order several parts for this job that I had to do myself since we live in an area with no competent, trustworthy mechanics. No leaks so far.

good set and there is nothing wrong with gasket. u just cant tighten the crap out of it. torque wrench 9 ft lbs. seals perfectly. i gave 4 stars cuz the filter was a smidge off. there are 3 points of attachment (2 screws and the pickup tube). with the pick up tube inserted only one screw was aligned with its hole. i had to be resourceful to get it all in and i shouldnt have to do that. otherwise good

Filter looks identical to the OEM one (can't speak to its performance yet), and the gasket doesn't leak. Overall not too bad.
