They work perfectly. You need a special tool but once you have that tool the job is easy. I always customize my servo cables to keep the weight down and for appearance. Awesome product

For JRand Spektrum easy to use and I pre squeeze the connector at the insulator to hold connectors and wire in place pryer to crimping. Works every time.

Even a newbie with these type of connectors can make good strong connectors. I had not done this before. After a few attempts paying attention to some useful videos. I have been able to make new harness lines for 3 of my RC aircraft....No more do I have to buy expensive conductors that do not always fit where they are needed either too long or too short.

Definitely made of brass with nickel or tin plating. They seem to perform as well as any others and I have tested them 200 times pulling quite hard on the wires and they still had firm contact. I am using these on my latest model. The plug cases are slightly larger than my hitec servo plugs and just fit the slots in Spektrum receiver. You will need a tool to remove them, I use a dental bracket remover which grips them nicely. When extending, the plugs are a firm fit in the female sleeve so quite safe. I have also noticed that the pins have decent thickness, some others are a bit sloppy even the gold plated ones. I have noticed that some of the points that crimp the insulation are a bit blunt but still find I can achieve a good crimp with a good quality crimper which is absolutely essential.
