It held extremely well and can use only one at a time to prevent the rub. Taking it off was so painful I think next time I will try to remove it in the shower after it gets wet to see if that helps.

The adhesive on these are great. I walked 22.5 miles in some melting hot weather and they held up like a champ. My thighs thank you!

I bought this because I was going on vacation and wanted to wear a dress. I put it on for 2 hours and it was already uncomfortable. When I got back to the hotel to take it off my skin was already red and when I peeled it off slowly it peeled off my skin too. And the damn glue is still on my skin even after 2 days of trying to take it off. I can't use rubbing alcohol because it will sting. Yeah I will not use this anymore.

The stickers don't remain in place after following all the instructions to ensure maximum adherence. They roll up and make wrinkles just after a few steps. I had to throw them away even before leaving home. I'm very disappointed, my purchase was a loss of money and time.

This product really “sticks†to the skin. I would say the problem is no longer chafing but how are you going to remove the sticker afterwards
