Got it yesterday, used it this morning! It’s great! A little restrictive with the girls but it does its job. Starting out the 8.75lb plates is plenty & the same distance without the plates was much different in terms of heart rate and calories burned so this really helped! It’s an adjustment for sure but it fit great, felt okay and came with no rips, snags, chips in the plates, etc. excited to keep going and see how this vest helps me. Hoping to be able to go up in plate weight. The plates fit super secure in the vest & was easy to get installed. The adjustability on the vest is perfect. Weight was just enough for now & I would say this set is good value for the money!

Literally the best quality and the best choice I’ve made was buying this. The material on the vest is so comfortable.
