The plating on both of these bracelets is of boutique quality and doesn’t tarnish or irritate my skin with daily wear. It made a really great gift and fits nicely on all sizes for the van Cleef style. The Hermes style has a unique clamp that might not be for everyone, but I still find on my medium sized wrist at it has a lot of motion to it without falling off or on clamping. I get plenty of comments on the set and I can’t tell the difference neither can anyone else!!
