This jacket is comfortable and warm, it the battery charged fast. It’s is true to size and flattering. IThe only thing I wish is that there where more colors to choose from. Overall worth the investment!!!

Not happy with the jacket. It didn't warm up for long. Within 5 minutes it would shut off. Battery was completely charged. Cord that runs through the sleeve gets in the way so the left sleeve was always hard to put on. And of course I can't return because it's too late. Wouldn't recommend this jacket

I do like this coat. It's not bulky at all. However, it is not as warm as I thought, but it does get the job done. The quality is nice with the rain and wind resistance. A light weight coat, but you can feel the battery weighs it down a little bit. Affordability is good!

I bought this coat for my wife she says this coat is amazing she loves how it fits and how well it works. She gets hours of battery time before needing to recharge recommending anyone that is contemplating this product trust me u won't be disappointed amazing product a must have in cold areas

I missed the return window, otherwise I would have returned this jacket. I had very high hopes for this and similar battery heated jackets. I am doing some work on an indoor site with little to no heat. After trying bulky layers and gloves which just weren't comfortable for my steady moving around, I decided to try battery heated jackets. I have been very disappointed in all that I tried - they either didn't function at all (I made sure to fully charge the batteries) or, as with this jacket, they NEVER got any where near the advertised highest heat. I tried this jacket on 3 separate occasions. The first try, the jacket did heat up. I followed the very simple instructions and set the jacket to heat at the highest temperature in both the front and back areas. The little pad on the left hand side of the front of the jacket lit up (nice and bright red) when I pressed it, just like the instructions stayed. And indeed the jacket heated up. Again NO WHERE near the 147 degrees advertised. However, it was still warm. The next time I tried the jacket about a week later AND after fully charging the battery again, things did NOT go as well. This time, the pad barely lit up and when it did, it flickered and was a pale red in only a few areas on the pad. The jacket did heat up, but the heat was much less than the first time I tried it. The third time was the worst. Again the pad flickered, but a slower flicker and kept going out. The pad was intermittently flickering that pale red and then white. Barely any heat came thru. I was and am sooo.... disappointed! I had such high hopes that this would be a solution. There are a couple of positives about the jacket, if like me you are stuck with it. It fit nicely for one. It is light weight and has a hood. It feels like it may have provided some warmth without the battery plugged in. And, surprise - the battery life was good. Unfortunately, these positives do NOT outweigh the fact that now I just have another light weight jacket (that doesn't work). Sadly (and I am SAD), I do NOT recommend this jacket. Maybe more expensive battery heated jackets will do better. After this experience (and the experiences I had with the 2 or 3 other jackets I tried and returned), I probably will not explore the higher end jackets. Such high hopes dashed!
