I ordered this at Christmas but it just now got cold enough to try it. We have a farm so animals have to be fed and watered no matter what the weather. This vest came with a power supply which was a big plus, it has a designated inner pocket for the power supply, and it was reasonably priced. It is nice and light, not bulky, so it works well under other clothes. I wore the vest under my farm coat and I stayed toasty warm. I started on the high setting but quickly turned it down. I have been looking at these vests for a couple of years. I so glad that I finally got one.

Owned it just over a month worked great until here a few days ago. The cord to plug in to the battery is starting to already break and will keep shutting the heat off. I was hoping the seller would get back to me on it maybe have some kind of warranty on it to help.

This vest is excellent for my wife. We are having some difficulty finding an extra battery. We have tried 2 times to get her one but neither were compatible. This vest however and the one battery we have are working great. If we could talk to someone regarding this that would be very helpful. We need a battery like the one she had received with her vest. Respectfully,

I ordered a large for my mother, she likes the jacket, but it runs small. It is a big snug across the chest. She likes that she can control the temperature on her phone. A good buy but I would order a size bigger than normal with this brand.

I love the best living in Maine super useful I was nervous when I saw it was already opened everything including the box had been opened but it’s all there and works like a charm 🤞🻠fits perfectly snug and easy to set up/use easy install and instructions

Battery takes 2 days to charge and still not above 50%. I asked for a replacement and the new one does the same thing
