I was skeptical that this would keep my lovely old bent-wood captain's chairs that I sit in at my work and dinning table every day from pulling apart. These are my two favorite chairs, but I'm a big guy and I'm antsy and the structural spindles fail. I had them professionally repaired in the old days and I've tried re-glueing them repeatedly, wound wire around them, and tried screws, that later of which made a mess and caused me to think of throwing my favs away. I applied Tite-Chairs to the lower spindles that seem to get the most stress and that pull out, leaving the chair wobbly and unsafe, twice to the worst one. More than a month has passed and the chairs have remained together. I'm grateful.

I bought this to fix some wooden chairs with rail backs and legs. It adds time to the life of the chair. Surprisingly effective at locking the joints. The very thin nature of the material helps it get absorbed deep into the joints without needing to take the joint apart and without getting all over the outer surface where it won't do anything but make a mess. It is far better to fix the chair early with this stuff than wait for the wood to wear and get looser or try regular wood glue that requires disassembling the joint to really fix it.

Directions are on the package in small print. It is very very thin and best applied into spindle joints with a needle and syringe ( not provided). The protective cap that it is shipped in is extremely difficult to remove. I reused the cap for storage and it had to be cut off with tin snips the second time. NOTE: It is as thin as water, so upward verticle application not reccomended.

Found this in an old hardware store decades ago and have had a hard time finding it except here. It’s a dynamic adhesive and if you’re having a hard time using superglues try this one. I’ve used it on a variety of wood applications with a lot of success

I was impressed with this product. Wasn’t sure such a small amount of “glue†would hold up. But it did perfectly!!!

Terrible, could not take the top off without breaking the bottle, It is clear why you can't return this product, it should be taken off Amazon. A complete wast of money and It has taken me 1 hour to get this off my hands.

Very difficult to get open and unable to get skinny applicator to stay on, but glue improved the sturdiness somewhat of my chair.

I looked at the ingredients and this is just repackaged super glue. It's cheap enough so I used it, and it worked fine.
