I actually really like how flush to the wall this item is. The room I placed it in is not the largest, so I like how this does not take up a lot of space. It was easy to assemble and it comes with all the tools needed to assemble it. One thing to note about the product is that it cannot really hold long books or thick books. It is very much only for average thin children books. I can easily fit 2-4 children books in each pocket.

The pockets are a bit more slim than I expected. We use it for thin books. It was easy to assemble and works well for little kids use.

I got this just to hold magazines in a office setting (not for a children's room). It is prefect for where I want to use it, because it is fairly flat (low profile) and can be mounted to the back of a door. Plus, because the wood is unfinished, I am even considering staining it or painting it to better match the room decor. Seems to be good quality, so I am happy with this choice.

Exactly as described, easy to assemble. Works great in my son’s room, and attaches securely to the wall. I’ll have to buy more as we accumulate books. I do wish it could hold more!

My daughter loves playing school in her room and she said this makes her really feel like a teacher. She filled it with books and the pockets on the bottom have all of her pens. She really likes this. Installation was a breeze, I ended up putting one side right into a stud and this doesnt move at all. Construction is fine, shes been putting books in there (like... hard) and no issues at all. Canvas has no rips / tears and looks like it will outlast her so its a win in my book.

We love this neat bookshelf for our baby nursery. We mounted it on the wall down low so our child can access the books as he grows. It is easy to put together and seems very sturdy. The pockets hold books well, although they won't show the cover of a board book because they're so deep. I think this shelf is a bit more practical than those thin "spice rack" shelves you see around- this is accessible to children and stylish at the same time.
