I bought this clawfoot bathtub at H--- D----. The tub arrived with good packaging and on a wood pallet. When I installed it a found a chip of the gloss gelcoat about 3x4 inches located on the end top of the lip. I had to email the manufacturer. They said they do not have a repairman and said that I BUY a repair kit and fix it myself or box it back up and return it. That would be at chore since I finally fought getting it to my upstairs bathroom and put the tub in place. SO MUCH FOR A WARRANTY or at least offering to buy or send me a repair kit. I would not recommend this company as they don't stand by manufacturing defects
