Tub was delivered within days and it looks amazing. My bathroom feels like a spa. Plumber was able to install without any issues. It came with the gold fixtures. Beautiful tub.

These tubs are so easy to install and look great for the price! I ordered the wrong color drain, I know silly mistake! They had the right one sent out to me the next day for no charge!

Bought the tub from Amazon in late August, 2021, installed in September but tub cracked on the rim (see photo) within a few days of us.Per Amazon website contacted Woodbridge which pointed back to Amazon for bad shipping even though the Tub had no crack on delivery! It has 1 yr warranty but Woodbridge does not want to take any responsibility. We are extremely disappointed with poor quality of this shoddy product, and poor customer service by Woodbridge. Now we have this cracked tub which need replacement. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!

I'm a home builder and I've been using these tubs for 3 years now in about 20 homes per year. I've never had one arrive damaged. They present well and I've never had a complaint from the plumber during install or a warranty call after homeowners moved in. However, I've noticed recently the water depth max has changed and is honestly not acceptable for a tub of this size. Really disappointing and looking for alternatives.

The Woodbridge B0018 tub is a nice contemporary design and has a nice finish. The quality and finish of the brushed nickel hardware was very good and was not difficult to seal and install. I had two plumbers look at the tub install and attempt the tub feet leveling but declined the job. This was due to the tub steel underside framework and the threaded endcaps for the adjuster feet were welded together crooked. This caused the six non-swivel feet that are screwed into the frame to be tilted to get the plastic feet flanges to fully seat flat onto the flooring. This would cause a major issue when trying adjust the feet to get the proper tub bottom gap that Woodbridge required. After the tub was set into place and preloaded with two 40lb salt bags for testing I realized the plastic feet saucers would flex and were nearly impossible to properly floor gap and adjust so that the tub would not rock on the feet. My solution to this issue was to order six swivel feet from McMaster Carr as replacements. The McMaster 6301K82 swivel feet allowed enough swivel to compensate for the poorly welded frame alignment and allowed for proper tub installation. The six inch access hole in the floor for the drain line to the basement allowed for enough room to reach up in to do a final adjust to the two inner feet. This is a nice tub and everything else went well from there on. I did communicate with Woodbridge via email on this issue and they responded quickly and made me happy with the resulting customer service.
