I have been doing a lot of research before I purchases this toilet. From a price point perspective this was very economical. The installation was fairly easy and the features are great. I like the height, auto flush feature, and the remote control. Easy to use. Water temp is great when using the bidet feature. The flush is a little noisy but not annoying. So far we’re happy with it. Happy flushes. Thanks

My wife and I absolutely love the bidet so far. The pre-flush, the auto open, the auto light (though would prefer if it were motion sensing instead of just light sensing), the clean design, the motor and beep (we may decide to turn off the beep but so far we love it) sounds are very smooth/classy.Installation was a bit tricky as despite having an extra 3/4" clearance from my wall given where our drain is, the required/included split valve is longer than ideal making it difficult to install without major plumbing changes. I simply cut the pipe as close to the wall as I could but the valve is still touching the outside edge of the toilet and I had to install the valve upside down to have the hoses both clear. I contacted customer support asking if they had chrome 90 degree adapters or shorter valves but they had nothing to suggest or offer.The other bit of installation nuisance was the fact that one of the two hoses was not tightened from the factory and I made the mistake of only checking the other and assuming they'd have them both tightened the same level. After installing the toilet I turned the water on only to see water leaking from behind the toilet. Unfortunately I could not get the leverage to tighten it without lifting the toilet enough to move it forward so I had to remove and reinstall due to this manufacturing hiccup. I hope there aren't other manufacturing hiccups as we really like this bidet more than our previous standard Kohler toilet with BioBidet seat topper, but it has a lot more complex motor and mechanical systems so longevity is a concern. I'm hoping I don't have to update this review with a lowered rating if something goes wrong!One other minor gripe I forgot in initial review, not unique to this toilet but an annoying trend... WAY too smooth/useless wall anchors for the wall mount remote were included with this bidet. The vinyl wall anchors were so completely smooth (rotationally) so could not possibly serve to hold still while screwing in despite a tight hole and even hammering in some toothpicks around the edge... I ended up just pushing them through into the wall and using other wall anchors but you'd think for an item like this with otherwise seemingly decent quality components they could include a usable pair of wall anchors.

Very satisfied so far. Has all the features I was looking for at a great price. I was just a little surprised for an American company that the installation and operating manuals are very poorly written with badly broken English.Installation is pretty straight forward if you have ever installed a toilet, if not, don’t expect to install it yourself based on the limited / poor grammar instructions.Clearly the company focuses on making products and not providing good instructions on installation and use.

I can't write a review on how the toilet would have worked because I never got that chance. I received this order in the condition in the pictures. It's so disappointing since my contractor is leaving in a few days and I can't get one replaced in time. Now I have to tote this 100+ pound product to the UPS store to ship back. This has caused much stress to already a stressful situation of getting the bathroom remodeled. I wish I could have tried this toilet out.

Excellent product and great price. I had a smaller bathroom to put this in and it fit great. Yet it is not too small so still comfortable. The use of either a remote control buttons or even flush but sensor of foot is very functional.

If you lose power, you can't flush, which I think is a major flaw with this. We had a multi-day power outage and had to switch to the different bathroom in the house for that period.But otherwise, it is fantastic product. Bidet works great, flush is powerful and it even has a night light.One thing to note is that if you are replacing a regular toilet then the plumbing might need adjustment because regular toilets have plumbing too close to the body of the toilet. The plumber was more expensive than the toilet but overall, we are glad we got this.
