Very sturdy. Design allows for larger and smaller angle. Excellent stretch. I use it several times a day. Love it!

This slant board is a pleasant surprise. It's sturdier than expected and seems well-made. The adjustable height feature is handy for me to use at home. Overall, it's a solid piece that should work well.

This slant board is well made and comes pre-assembled. The grip tape on it works well and you do not slid around at all. This slant board is great for anyone with tight calves, hamstrings, and low back who want to use it for stretching but also for someone who needs a little lift of the heels on squats as well. You can adjust the incline to make it as intense or gentle as makes sense for your body.

I picked this up because I am a martial arts instructor and teach at multiple sites. The portable was a real draw for me, and thus far, that has been a real benefit. I can take it from workshop to workshop with very little fuss because it is small and easy to carry. The top is textured with a sand paper like material, which makes it easier to stand on without slipping. The arm that folds down and slots into several potential openings to adjust the height seems sturdy enough, although there is definitely a little bit of wood creaking depending on how heavy the student is, which makes some people a little nervous. In addition to the creakiness, the hinge itself does not appear particularly hefty. Considering all my students are probably sub-250lbs., I am not convinced at the max weight claim of the board. However, it has held up thus far to use over several classes by multiple people of different sizes and shapes. That said, to me the biggest draw back is potentially unique to me. To make it portable and cost effective, this board is essentially two plywood boards hinged and a third as the fold down arm. The plywood boards are actually pretty thick, probably to ensure durability and weight capacity. Since the hinge is at the very end of the two boards, that means that there is a petty big drop down to the floor and the top of the front end of the board relatively, at least 1.5" if not more at certain angles.I have my students stand in forward stance with the front foot with the heel on the ground and the ball of the foot on the board. The 1.5" drop means the heel has to back off far from the front of the board, leaving a good portion of the heel and arch suspended midair, and for those with weaker arches, their foot can sag awkwardly, shifting the stretch. My own home personal slant board is metal, with the hinge in a different spot, enabling the front of the board to be super close to the floor, which is more ideal for the type of stretches we do. But again, this is unique to my martial arts practice.

It seems like there are a bunch of different slant boards of varying degrees of quality available in the last few months. I would advise anyone looking to get one to read the reviews. Also look at pictures for a good design, but don't rely on the pictures to determine the size of the slant board.Take a tape measure and use it to measure your feet so you can see how much room you would comfortably need, and then compare those numbers to the measurements of the slant boards you are looking at. That way you can see what you will be getting because the pictures can be misleading as to the size of the slant board. This is the one I highly recommend because it is well made and sturdy and has room for my feet to move around. This is my second slant board. The first one I got was a lot cheaper, I was hoping that it would work just as well as the more expensive ones. However it didn't feel very sturdy when I was standing on it, it felt like it flexed a little when my feet were near the edge, and the foot area felt cramped like I couldn't move my feet around. I found that I wasn't using it as often because I didn't trust it to hold my weight.I decided to order this one and I'm so glad I did! The "wedge box" design with the reinforcing boards is superior and also the foot area is a lot larger.I highly recommend this slant board. I feel safe using it, that it will hold my weight and I like that I can do angled stretches because there is room for my feet to move.
