This yarn bowl is a huge upgrade to my old bowl which only held one ball of yarn at a time. I often have projects going where I need to have 2 different colors going at the same time and then combine them and this allows me to do that. It is a very nice looking, sturdy yarn bowl made of high quality wood. It is sturdy and heavy enough so that it doesn’t move around while I’m working on my crochet projects. I love the dark wood color and it fits into my decor as well so it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb and look tacky. Love this high quality, large yarn bowl that is so much more convenient for all my projects. 5 stars!

Large than I expected and I am very pleased by that, as it ads another level of functionality to this piece. I say piece because it looks like a work of art, and not just somewhere to this your yarn. It is very well made, yet not too heavy. The wood stain makes the color of this piece look very rich and warm. The edges and the curves have been smoothed down, so your yarn won't snag. This would make an excellent gift for someone or for yourself. Personally, I think it's a great value for what you're getting.
