Beautifully crafted, and produces great turkey talk. I've used mouth calls during my turkey hunting career, so I suppose it's a reflection on my own lack of skill that this box does it better than I — I've read that a box call is a "beginner's" tool, while true manly men use mouth diaphragms, and I'm sure that's true. But it's also true that I don't care whether I'm a manly man: I just want to hunt turkeys, and just as I accept advice from people who know more than I do about home building, gardening and fishing, I'm happy to grab a tool that does something better than I can.I'll keep a diaphragm call in my mouth for that final, seductively-mortal cluck, but this box rocks.

This call is high quality with a great sound. Has called in turkeys with no problem. Very pleased with the quality of this product

An absolute must have. Had a Tom cut my call and gobble the whole way in and at 25 yards he met his maker. Killed 3 birds the last 3 years with this call....10 stars in my book. Very pleased with all woodhaven prouducts. Worth the extra money....

I was hoping for a better call out of the box, especially for the price. Even with chalk added, the sound is inconsistent and doesn't sound right. I have another box call call that doesn't have the same issues.I'm not sure if I just got a bad one, but I'll be returning this one.
