This is a well written book and easy to understand with step by step instructions.Has lots of helpfull pictures.It's rare to get such detailed plans these days.The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star rating is the fact that it's not a bound book it's printed out on paper and stapled in the corner. I did know before I ordered it so this was not a surprise to me. I have to say that after working with the plans this has some advantages over a bound book. If you want to build a light house these are the plans to get.

The plans are on a CD & was not printed out like the ad said it would be. Since I don't have a CD-ROM, it is useless.
