In 2006, I work for a famous HK listed company.In an inventory ,Archives Department throw the old documents or the useless manuscripts to the bin directly , without any special handle .There may be a potential risk of leakage when these documents or manuscripts are recycled. So in order to solve such problems , we start our paper shredder business .

Just received today 1-29-25 did utilize both the paper shredder and the cd shredder both worked ad expected. The shredder is small but powerful. Did not run 10 sheets yet, did shred 5 sheets no problems. I do wish it had a bigger basket. I did not research it as I should have. Excellent value. It's light weight I wish it had a handle for easier pickup and carry. Excellent value to for the money.

Been using this shredder for a while now. It’s pretty good for the most part. It tackled a really big job I was able to get done. Don’t overload the machine and don’t try to put too many sheets of paper in at once.Also, this shredder in particular is a pain when it comes to complicated jams. If the reverse feature doesn’t get the paper unstuck. You have to unscrew the cover and disassemble the shredder to get the paper unstuck. Putting it back together is also a hassle.It’s affordable if you don’t wanna spend a ton of money on a paper shredder. It’s a nice size for an office and it can hold a lot of paper if you pack it down. But if you aren’t very good with taking things apart, maybe don’t get this.

My shredder is less than a year old and stopped going in Auto mode. I emailed customer service and they got back to me immediately with a video on how it could be fixed and it worked perfectly and the first time I tried it. I appreciated this excellent customer service so much! Thank you!

I had a shredder similar to this one before. I definitely would recommend this to anyone.... it works like a champ...I shredded 7 old credit cards in no time and they were in tiny pieces, so no worries there. I tried the CD shredder and it worked well too. I really appreciate this paper shredder and thank youWoolsche for a great product!

I bought this mostly to shred mail and papers with private information. It does the job but it gets tired quickly and will stop working after a few minutes of shredding. You then have to wait for it to cool down before you can shred more which takes a while. As far as the sheet capacity it will shred 10 sheets at a time but sometimes it definitely seems to struggle with it and a few times jammed up on me and one of those jams I couldn't get all the paper out using the reverse feature that it has and ended up having to take it apart to get all the paper out. After doing that it was pretty difficult to get it lined up properly to put it back together again, but I finally managed after many attempts. Although it can sometimes shred 10 sheets without a problem I now usually will only do 5 or 6 at a time just not to risk it getting jammed again. The collection container for the shredded paper is quite small and needs to be emptied often. Just shredding a couple of days worth of mail I have to empty it at least two or three times before I'm finished. The little slot for credit cards does work pretty well and shreds the cards into small strips. I haven't had any problems with that jamming or anything. For my purposes it's an ok shredder. I wouldn't recommend for anyone needing to shred large volumes of paper or anything related to business where there's a lot to get rid of but for personal home use and small amounts of mail and stuff it does the job. For the price it performs pretty much how I expected it would and gets the job done.

Update: after leaving this review, they contacted me to send me a new one and as of today, they finally replied to my original email. So, I got the replacement and it seems to work fine, but I'm not sure what my best advice is if it breaks. Four stars for replacing the product and it arriving quickly.I've emailed Woolsche twice now about this item. I bought it at the end of January and it's completely dead as of the beginning of May after I didn't use it for about two months. Initially, it was a great shredder and seemed sturdier than the previous one I was replacing. Only three settings on the slider: auto, off, and reverse. This would be fine if reverse didn't shove little paper bits into the plastic housing, requiring that I completely disassemble the shredder to see if I can clear the sensor to run it at all (which is honestly more work than I want to deal with for this product).I would've given this a higher review if there was any support by the company, but the complete ghosting by Woolsche for a product that I've had less than 4 months by the time it kicked the bucket has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't recommend this shredder or Woolsche thanks to this and would've accepted my fate if they didn't list that they'll help you right away with their email listed on the top of the shredder. Glad the other reviewer got a quick response, but at this point, it seems more needed to warn other consumers that they'll be shredding their money with this garbage product.

The shredder works well. I have used the disc shredder as well which is adequate, but the shredded pieces could be smaller.The unit does overheat after long usage, after maybe 45 minutes to an hour of paper shredding. If the unit stops working and it feels quite warm, my advice is to leave it for a while and let it cool. The built in breaker (or whatever is used) works, but it is possible to keep using the machine. If I remember correctly the unit can be turned off or unplugged and it will shred again at the point of overheating (again, let it cool for a while).

Haven't had a chance to use it yet. Came with a USA 2-pin plug. Not mentioned in the product description. Have had to order an adapter.

This is the cats meow. So.tired of tearing up old hydro bills water bills etc to combat identity theft. The garbage pickers rummaging through the garbage are insane these days and all ot takes is one to collect your personal info. This thing shreds that evidence like a champ. No more worries of personal info making it to the trash
