This paint roller is great! It’s far better than cheaper ones. I’ve bought two of these so far and I won’t look elsewhere in the future. The roller has a nice weight to it that feels quality. I have a Wooster paint pole that this screws easily on to and I’ve painted numerous ceilings and walls with it and it works great.One word of advice - take the used paint roller off this when you’re done as it will harden and be very difficult to remove from this.

I'm a small older woman and the 7 inch frame and roller are lighter weight than the 9 inch.

I work at Sherwin Williams and we don't have these anymore. I also checked at Porter pain were I use to work, no luck, these are a great size for doors, I also paint. Put a good size order of a couple of these and some super do rollers together and you will be happy

I love Wooster products in general and this was no different. Painted my new house recently with this Wooster cage and a cheaper one for when I had help. The Wooster is sturdy, smooth rolling and will last. Unfortunately my unit had a rather loud squeaking sound out of the box that was pretty annoying but that is probably a one off thing.

The roller frame is sturdy and screws onto the paint stick easily. I used this for the first time with a new, pad. The frame squeaks and the pad slides off of the frame while painting. I have to constantly knock it back onto the frame. Being returned for those 2 reasons.

This roller is the noisiest I’ve ever used from the first job. I ended up throwing it out after only a few jobs. Wooster should be a bit embarrassed they produce such a squeaky roller.

It is made with heavy steel (5/16") round stock which means that it wont flex when using on a ceiling pole. Then there was that squeak!. Even with my hearing aids off, it was bad. And of course it was on the inside but was able to take the roller cover off and put a drop of oil on the interface -
