Very comfortable, thick, allows for slipping around a finished floor, overall great quality for price. Velcro also sticks well and doesn’t fall down my leg.

I’m a poler and love hard flow class, but my knees don’t. These are soooo cushy. I think the single strap works better for me because I’m short, and I have small knees but big, muscular calves and thighs. The strap is a little too big- I wish it came in different sizes. I’m probably going to cut and resew the straps. I also might loop in straps up top since there’s a loop there.

These work great save alot of pressure on my knees. I'd recommend these to anyone who needs a good set of knee pads. I love that these ones aren't too wide and slip around my legs easy.

Awesome knee pads!! I wear them around the house every day to protect my knees from getting bashed. I’ve had them for months now, and they are holding up extremely well.They fit great, are very comfortable, and so light, I forget I’m wearing them! Plus they stay in place. The Velcro side tabs allow for the perfect fit, and it’s quick and easy to put on and take them off. The gel inside is very cushioned and I feel they protect my knees very well. Great value too!
