The blades are plenty sharp and the handle is sturdy. Having to remove a screw to get at spare blades stored inside the handle is a bit of a pain, but no big deal since it doesn't happen very often for me. The spare blades come in a plastic dispenser, which is a nice touch. Removing the working blade is simple... press a button and pull it out. And it uses blades that can be inserted in reverse, so you can do your cutting with the other end. Four different detents for how much blade is sticking out the business end, nice.

Heavy duty, well made box cutter knife, blade retracts easily, I use it of course for cutting up cardboard boxes for recycling, and it does a great , easy job because of the sharp, heavy duty blade. I was very happy with this purchase.

This is a good knife. The only challenge we had was trying to figure out how to unscrew it and get the blade to settle in the socket properly and then screw it back together. Other than that, it works great.

I upgraded from a simple box cutter and I’ve found that this knife both opens boxes better and I’ve been able to use it on other household projects like cutting window cling film to size or cleaning up caulk and sealant. It is very sharp, and the retraction is very smooth. It feels very sturdy and comes with extra blades.

I expected a flimsy plastic knife like the box cutters I'm used to but instead got a solid high quality box cutter. This thing cuts through cardboard (and anything else that touch the blade) like butter. I am sure it will cut through space and time if you go fast enough. You also get refill blades, which is great.
