Purchased this to use with my circulation pump, it developed a leak, pin hole . ( unknown what from) it is of the same quality as all others sold, so it was not due to quality. Made contact with the seller whose customer service is above and beyond 5 stars quick prompt service and replaced the part. I would purchase again. Every seller on Amazon should have the same customer service. 👍

It installed easy, but plastic is pron to failure.Its better to but the Stainless steal valve if you can afford it

The product had bad threads which caused it to leak. I had to buy a new one at a local plumbing supply which had metal threads and was better built.

I had previously given a bad review as the valve was Installed and didn't work. Well, customer service reached out and has taken care of the problem. Every once in a while, a product goes bad...that's life. Its nice to have great customer service to rely upon! Thank you!
