My wrist pain is due to RSI and ever since I started wearing this brace the pain is much more manageable. I can still do my daily tasks on the computer which, in my line of work, could be anywhere from 3 hours to 12 hours behind a keyboard and mouse. Admittedly my posture and stretching faded over time and am paying the price now on my road to recovery.The product itself allows for a much better range of motion than some others I've tried, but I can't claim to be an expert. A brace is never going to comfortable, however this one I did not mind as much. Note that my wrists are not very thick in circumference, probably do a bit more research if you even think it might not fit comfortably.

I ordered this brace because I somehow injured my wrist and wanted to see if a brace would help support it before I broke down and went to a doctor. I've been using it on days when I need it and my wrist is starting to feel better. I also wear it when I practice yoga for extra support. The only issue I have is that I have very small wrists and I need assistance getting it on my wrist as tight as I need it to be. I can put it on myself, but it's a better fit when someone helps me.

I have to sleep with braces on both wrists every night for carpal tunnel. Without it my hands and arms go numb. I was hoping to stabilize my wrist with not constricting my hands so much like my other braces. The velcro was wearing out on my old braces and not staying tight and I was waking up a lot because of it. So I decided to try these. First night I had to keep adjusting and my hands kept going numb. I adjusted it a little tighter and the numbness went away for the most part, but my hands swelled really bad. They never did that with my other braces. I might have got them too tight I guess, but any looser my hands and arms went crazy numb. The last couple weeks I've just been using them to keep my old braces velcrowed on. But it makes them super bulky and I dont like it. But that's not how the braces are meant to be worn. I wish I wouldn't have bought them and just bought a different full wrist support brace. But oh well. They do seem very well made, just not the solution I was hoping for.

I've had carpet tunnel in both hands for years. Working at a computer in an air conditioned office, my hands would bother me until about mid morning, then they would be fine for the rest of the day. But I recently retired and moved to Panama (country, not the city in FL) to live on a sailboat. It is 90% - 100% humid every day, and we have no AC. My hands burned with pain and were numb EVERY DAY, ALL DAY AND NIGHT. It was getting very hard to deal with the pain and discomfort.I saw this product and had serious doubts, but I figured it was worth a try for the cost. So I bought one for my right hand which is significantly worse. Within 5 minutes, I experienced a 90% improvement... I couldn't believe how well it worked. I switched back to my night brace to sleep the first night, and my right hand instantly started becoming numb. So I switched back to this brace and I had a completely pain free, numb free night.I can't say every one's experience will be this good, but this is a life changer for me. I bought three more today to have two for each wrist.
