I purchased the Wrist Trainer Ball Auto-Start Wrist Strengthener mainly to improve my grip strength, but it has turned out to be more than just a strength-training tool for me. I find myself frequently using it while watching TV, and it's become an enjoyable part of my routine. One of the best features of this wrist trainer is how quiet it is. It's perfect for use in a living room setting since it doesn't interfere with my TV watching. The ease of use is also a big plus. There's a bit of a learning curve to get it started, but once you've got the hang of it, it can really provide a solid workout for your wrists and forearms.I've used a different wrist strengthener in the past, but this one is a significant step up in terms of quality. It feels smoother in operation, and I've noticed it's quieter and spins better than the previous one I tried.Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. It's a fun and effective way to work on grip strength, and its quiet, smooth operation makes it a pleasure to use. I definitely recommend the Wrist Trainer Ball Auto-Start Wrist Strengthener to anyone looking to enhance their grip strength in a fun and engaging way.

Amazing unit for focusing on strengthening forearm and wrist muscles. Plus, this unit auto-starts rotation. My last unit wasn't and required a string wrapped around unit pulled like the old mower pullies. Great item.

What a complete waste of money. Worked fine 5-6 times. After that it won't wind up any more to start the gyro spinning so now it's pretty much just a $14 brick. Of course I already threw away the packaging. I will probably try to go through Amazon and get my money back anyways.

I bought this hoping it would help with wrist/ hand issues. Initially it just didn’t seem to work, ball was stiff and wouldn’t accelerate nor keep rolling. Maybe it was my technique, but I suspect it was a case of breaking it in. I persevered and all of a sudden it work as I expected. I have to admit being somewhat of a skeptic, I can actually feel a difference in my wrists/hands. I recommend trying this.

I really wanted to like this exercise ball - it is nicely made, sold at a good price, and came with a storage case. Having had one a decade ago, I'd hope to get daily use from this new one. However, the inertia of the ball is so much smaller than the one I used to have, that I just put it away to try again later. I didn't return it because it has no actual defect - it is just not the "style" I wanted.

This takes some practice to get it to work. Once you practice it enough, it's easy to get it started. It really works your forearms.
