The ropes that attach to the holder for the scanner broke after the first couple uses.

I like this a lot, work for FedEx. But the strap broke on it. How can I replace it?

The bungee that runs tru it to tighten it to your arm started fraying in days in a week I had to stop using it looked like it was about to snap already returning it

It broke within the first 15 minutes of work. The rivets for the mount popped right off and now its in two pieces. I too work at FedEx, luckily I was able to use longer stronger rivets and fix it myself.

It's used! Just opened the package and one of the resistant bands is worn and about to snap! No instructions were included, not that they matters since it's worn and I'm returning it!
